Libiya Poonely

Libiya Poonely RN, BSN, ACACNP-BC has worked for Durham Nephrology since 2015 as a Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her Diploma in Nursing at Lisie School of Nursing in 1999. She obtained her BS in Nursing in 2011. Libiya completed her Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program at Duke University School of Nursing in 2014. She works with the physicians helping to take care of patients in Duke Regional Hospital, several Fresenius dialysis units and Durham Nephrology’s Durham office. In addition to being a nurse practitioner, she holds a special certification as an Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.
